Authenticity

We only deal in 100% original and authentic products. Receipts can be provided upon request. We do not deal in replicas.

Order Types

• In-Stock: Readily available in our warehouse; dispatched immediately upon confirmation.
• Pre-Orders: Specially arranged on demand after your confirmation and advance payment. You can place pre-orders by sending us a link to the desired product or by selecting from our live postings on Instagram or WhatsApp groups.

Advance Payment (Pre-Orders)

A 35% advance is required to confirm all pre-orders. If the advance is not received within 30 minutes of confirmation, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Payments & Taxes

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer.
• For COD orders, government sales tax will be added to the total amount.
• No sales tax is charged on payments made via bank transfer or direct cash deposit.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility. A flat rate of Rs 500 applies nationwide, but orders above Rs 20,000 qualify for free delivery.

Tracking & Responsibility

• Once dispatched, the tracking ID will be shared on WhatsApp.
• BeyondBorderBazaar holds no responsibility for parcel tracking after dispatch; customers must track via the courier’s website or by contacting the courier directly.

Order Cancellation

Once confirmed, orders for both in-stock and pre-order items cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

• No returns or exchanges for in-stock or pre-order items. Customers must confirm their size using the official brand size chart before ordering.
• Refunds/exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged upon delivery or the wrong size is sent.
• Change of mind, dislike of color/quality, or manufacturer defects are not eligible.
• Approved refunds/exchanges will be processed within 48 hours.

Delivery Timelines

• In-stock: 4–5 working days.
• Pre-orders: Approximately 20–30 working days (subject to early or delayed arrival).

BeyondBorderBazaar reserves the right to extend timelines in cases such as customs delays, political events, or natural disasters. If you require urgent delivery, please select in-stock items only.

Packaging (Shoes)

Shoes are shipped without boxes by default. Original brand boxes can be provided for an additional Rs 1,000.

Pricing & Negotiation

All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Messages requesting discounts will not be entertained. Our team prioritizes quick responses to genuine purchase inquiries.

Customers are encouraged to join our WhatsApp groups and follow our Instagram page for updates on new arrivals, upcoming sales, and shipment information.
