Please review the policy below before placing an order. It covers advance requirements for pre-orders, accepted channels, payment methods, confirmation steps, and special cases for high-value items.
1. Advance Payment for Pre-Orders
- A 35% advance payment is required to confirm any pre-order.
- Orders without advance payment will not be processed.
- The remaining balance must be cleared once your order arrives at our warehouse.
- Upon arrival, you will receive an automated notification from our support team.
- If requested, we can share pictures of your product before it is shipped to your address.
To avoid delays, include your Order ID in the bank transfer reference.
2. Official Payment Channels
- Payments are accepted only in our official bank accounts registered under the name BeyondBorderBazaar.
- We do not accept payments in private accounts. Anyone requesting payment outside our official channels is not affiliated with us.
Never share payment with third parties. Contact support if you receive conflicting instructions.
3. Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer
- Cash Payment / direct cash deposit
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — COD orders are subject to applicable Government of Pakistan sales tax.
4. Payment Confirmation
- After making a payment, please send a payment screenshot/receipt to our official WhatsApp numbers: 0327-8602019 or 0319-0459227.
- Wait for an acknowledgment from our team before considering your payment confirmed.
Confirmations are processed during working hours. Keep your receipt until your order status reflects the payment.
5. Special Cases
- For certain high-value or limited-stock pre-order items, BeyondBorderBazaar may request a higher advance percentage to secure your order.
If a higher advance is required, we will inform you before confirming the order.
