1. In-Stock Items
- Delivery Time: 3–4 working days within Pakistan.
- In-stock items are ready to ship and are listed directly on our website.
- If you need an item urgently, we recommend selecting from our in-stock collection.
2. Pre-Order Items
- Where to Order: Pre-order items are not listed on our website. They can be ordered through live posts shared on our WhatsApp groups and Instagram.
- Delivery Time: Approximately 20–30 working days from order confirmation.

- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be provided.
4. Tracking Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to track their shipment using the tracking ID provided.
- For delivery updates or rescheduling, please contact the courier company directly.
