Overview

At BeyondBorderBazaar, we deal in carefully sourced branded products. We offer two types of products: In-Stock (readily available) and Pre-Orders (arranged on demand).

No Return or Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges for any orders, whether In-Stock or Pre-Ordered. Please confirm your required size using the official size chart on the brand’s website before placing your order.

Refund / Exchange — Limited Cases Only

A refund or exchange will be accommodated only if:

  • The product arrives damaged during delivery.
  • The product is defective due to handling from our end.

Not Eligible

  • Factory/manufacturer defects from the original brand.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with quality, color, or fit.
  • Wrong size ordered / failure to consult the brand’s official size chart.
  • Items that are used, worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags/packaging.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear unboxing photos/videos showing the issue and the shipping label.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

Note: Open-parcel requests are not allowed. Please record an unboxing video after delivery to substantiate any claim.

How to Request a Refund/Exchange

  1. Contact our support via the Contact Us section with your order number.
  2. Attach photos/videos of the issue and the shipping label within the allowed timeframe.
  3. Our team will review the evidence and confirm the next steps.

Processing Time & Method

If approved, your refund or exchange request will be processed within 72 working hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Return Shipping

If the issue is validated as our error (damage in transit or handling), we will arrange or reimburse return shipping. Otherwise, the item is not eligible for return/exchange.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are sourced specifically on demand and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the limited cases listed above.
