All orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partner, TRAX. We work to get your order to you quickly and safely while keeping you informed at each step.
Delivery Timelines
- Within Punjab: 2–3 working days
- Other Regions: 4–5 working days
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped only on working days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day. Working days exclude public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID via WhatsApp. This can be used to track your order directly through the TRAX platform.
Possible Shipping Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Countrywide protests or political unrest
- Severe weather conditions
- Unexpected logistical disruptions
We kindly request your patience in such situations.
Important Notes
- Open parcel requests are not allowed.
- Orders are not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
- Ensure your address and phone number are accurate and reachable. Incorrect details can cause delays or returns.
- Couriers typically make multiple delivery attempts. If the parcel is returned, we can arrange re-delivery after reconfirmation (additional time may apply).
Remote / Out-of-Coverage Areas
Some remote locations may require additional transit time. We’ll keep you posted if this applies to your order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package appears damaged or items are missing, please contact support with your order number and unboxing photos within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
Shipping Fees
Any applicable shipping fee (if charged) is shown at checkout. Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, will be clearly indicated.
